Hoover Dam
June 6, we tried to go to the Grand Canyon Caverns, but they were booked with school children. We moved on to Hoover Dam. They have completed the bypass bridge, but you can still drive across the dam if you are visiting it. First you must go through a security check, and when going through the visitor center, we went through metal detectors. Arrived in Pahrump Nevada around 7pm. Went to Mom's Diner and broke all our dietary restrictions! (Luanne had a hamburger, and Ernie had a HOT buffalo chicken salad. )
